Overview
At Lynqr, protecting your privacy is foundational to how we build. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our link intelligence platform, how we use it, and the choices you have over your data.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly: When you create an account or contact us, we collect your name, business email address, company name, billing information, and any other details you choose to share. For team accounts, workspace administrators may also provide information about team members they invite.
Information collected automatically: When you use Lynqr, we collect technical data about your session, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs. We also collect data generated by your use of the platform — including links created, click events on those links, geographic and device data from link visitors, campaign tags, and conversion events. This data is core to delivering our analytics product.
Cookies and tracking technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, understand how you navigate our product, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect platform functionality.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and improve the Lynqr platform; process payments and manage your subscription; communicate with you about your account, new features, and support requests; send you product updates and marketing communications if you have opted in; analyze aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve our service; and meet our legal and compliance obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Link Visitor Data
When someone clicks a Lynqr short link, we collect technical data about that click — including IP address, device type, browser, geographic region, and referrer — to power our analytics. This data is processed on your behalf as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of link tracking complies with applicable privacy laws and that appropriate disclosures are made to your end users where required.
Data Sharing
We share your information only in limited circumstances: with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform (such as payment processors, hosting providers, and analytics tools), who are contractually bound to protect your data; when required by law, court order, or valid legal process; to protect the rights, safety, or property of Lynqr, our users, or the public; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of Lynqr, in which case you will be notified in advance.
Your Rights & Choices
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you at any time. You may request correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements), export of your account data in a portable format, and withdrawal of consent for marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or through your account settings. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@lynqr.io. We will respond within 30 days.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle disputes or legal obligations. Analytics data associated with your links is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 60 days, unless we are required by law to retain it.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
International Transfers
Lynqr operates in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using Lynqr, you consent to this transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers in compliance with applicable law.

Lynqr is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly.
Third-Party Links
Lynqr may contain links to third-party websites or integrations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services and encourage you to review their policies independently.
